iEARN PROJECTS 2015-2016

You can see how we are getting ready to celebrate GYSD here.

My dear students, here is some information about the GYSD for you to study. We will celebrate it on Thursday, the 21st of April.

Global Youth Service Day celebrates and mobilizes the millions of young people who improve their communities each day of the year through service. Established in 1988, GYSD is celebrated each year in over 100 countries, with young people working together–and with schools, youth organizations, nonprofits, community and faith-based organizations, national service programs, government agencies, and adult mentors– to address the world’s most critical issues and change their communities.Global Youth Service Day is the largest service event in the world, and the only day of service dedicated to children and youth.Global Youth Service Day is a campaign of YSA (Youth Service America), an international leader in the youth service movement.

Browse the Access projects and find out more about Community Service Projects that have been implemented in other localities of our country recently.

  1. Dorina, Now this topic looks much better. I am definitely sure that your students will prefer discussing this; thus becoming more digitally literate. Good luck!
